MEDIATION SERVICES
Mediation provides an early opportunity for the resolution of conflict between colleagues in the workplace with the help of an independent mediator who facilitates communication between the parties in a private, safe and secure environment.
With our help, all sides of a dispute can be brought to a swift point of conciliation where working relationships can be rebuilt in a healthy, constructive manner.

The cost of mediation is typically one third of the cost of pursuing traditional grievance or investigation routes, whilst the brief nature of the intervention(usually one or two days) means staff can be back working quickly.
