Mind Matters can provide access to over 400 accredited counsellors throughout the UK for NHS, corporate and privately referred clients.

 

Our highly trained and experienced counsellors are dedicated to helping maintain staff presence in your workplace – or enabling your team members to return from sick leave at the most appropriate point.

We understand the economic pressures many businesses face. So here at Mind Matters we specialise in providing brief, short term interventions with proven success rates. Indeed, all our treatments are orientated towards the setting and achieving of specific goals. Generally our intervention will consist of up to six sessions using approaches designed to support and then build upon the client's existing strengths

We hold an initial assessment with every client and the results of this assessment will inform the type of therapy we adopt. Our counsellors are expert in all the most common therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Brief Therapy and Bereavement therapy.
